I just finished a new squeeze page at http://paulcurtissongs.com. It's near identical format to John's, in fact I've pinched a lot of the copy and changed it to apply to me cos I really do struggle to come up with this stuff - I hope that's cool. Anyway, I'd appreciate any observations.

the two big factors here are the image and the headline. The headline reads well but I read this as something that would do best when targeting people who have specifically indicated that they like "acoustic rock". be prepared to change up the headline to test out different target audiences.
The image also looks good, but I can't help but feel like I wish I was seeing your eyes more. I feel like your personality is being lost.
These are minor issues and I'm really splitting hairs here. I wouldn't hesitate to try it as is, but those are two things that occurred to me so I figured I'd mention them. Good job though. Let me know how you do.
