Hi John,
I've been setting up all the "behind-the-scenes" stuff in TunePipe. When setting up the Facebook pixel the way you show in the video where you tick the various boxes on a list, the "Conversion" event is not on that list, but is listed above with the little green circle next to it to show it's active. I assume this is because it is currently connected to the Confirmation Page on my old Wordpress site rachelcollismusic.com. What to do I do to connect it to TunePipe if I want to start directing traffic to the squeeze pages within Tune Pipe? Is there a way to disconnect it within Facebook, and then I reconnect it the way you show in the video?
Btw I have paused my ads so there is not currently any traffic running to the old squeeze and confirmation pages from Word press site.
Cheers!
Rachel
Hi Rachel, I'm not totally following. Is it the same URL as you had in place before?

Hi John,
It's still a subdomain of TunePipe. Let's just put a pin in this for now. It occurs to me that I haven't yet verified that new domain with Facebook. I'm running a promotion at the moment from my old page, but once that's done, I'll connect the other domain, and try it all again and see what happens. If it's still an issue I'll try explaining it better then!
Cheers,
Rachel
I see. You need to verify the domain that has your pixel on it, in order to run FB ads. So you would need to connect your domain, add the pixel integration, then verify the domain in FB and add the custom conversions in the events manager. The TP learning center can help you here, there are step by step tutorials.
