I know we talked about this via email but I thought I'd post just for anyone else reading. I have and it's a mixed bag. NextMark is a fantastic resource, but you really need to have your sales funnel dialed in, have some experience with JV mailings, and a good feel for your demographic. This is an amazingly easy way to find traffic, but there are as many poor quality lists as there are good ones and it's an easy way to lose money if you don't know what you're looking for. Not trying to scare anyone off from NextMark, just saying that you need to be careful. same goes for any PPC, but the minimum investment is a bit higher with list rentals.
