I agree wholeheartedly that you all ROCK! I am one who's just barely got the first brick in place as far as building anything of substance on the internet, so I am learning so-o-o much every time I visit the Forum. And believe me, it's been awhile since I saw THIRTY!
Thanks and kudos to all of you.

What would a jam session with Gordon Lightfoot, Collective Soul, and Damien Rice sound like?
Check out Greg Parke and you’ll have a pretty good idea!
Hey Guys
We are going to make it very much part of our day to pop into the forum and have a look at the information and join the conversation! We have recently created our 'landing page' (http://www.pictureofus.com) and started giving away our new single 'Picture of Us.' The response has been brilliant!
We just wanted to say 'thank you' to John for giving us such a great template/strategies and a place to go to speak to like minded folks. We look forward to sharing our results of our ongoing FB ad words stuff.
One quick tip, we have been testing with both photographs and self made Photoshop images (Particularly eye catching colours etc), overwhelmingly the images have been out performing the photographs. Just a quick bit of feedback! Hope it is worth something to someone!
Cheers

Glad you guys are digging the content. That's good to know about the images vs photos. I assume you mean for your squeeze page, or do you mean for ads? Great squeeze page by the way.

Hey John
thank you re, the squeeze page comment. Sorry I should have made that clear, I meant the Facebook Ad's. We tried using our album cover, our name and quotes etc, but by far the best conversions are from colorful images and demographic specific headlines.
As for the Squeeze page we have found that adding the music video on autoplay has lead to more people staying on the page longer, therefore more chance of data capture.
Thank again

Autoplay is a good idea! Lets see what kind of a difference that makes.

Good to know, thanks for sharing about the Facebook ads. Autoplay is definitely one of those things which most people swear by. In most split tests in comes out a winner. It's a good idea to offer pause buttons though. Sometimes not having controls can actually out perform having controls on the video, but it irritates people and many ad networks are now requiring it.

Good to know...SeaMonkey is making it hard for me to make the change though...
I type this into the composer:
<iframe title="YouTube video player"
src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LRBGQy4z7Ik&autoplay=1" allowfullscreen=""
frameborder="0" height="305" width="500"></iframe>
And it turns it into this:
<iframe title="YouTube video player"
src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LRBGQy4z7Ik&autoplay=1"
allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="305" width="500"></iframe>
No matter what i do it changes it everytime...Any thoughts????

You may have already tried this, but you might be able to set the autoplay options in the embedding options for the video from your youtube. Just a thought... not sure that it helps, but check it out.
Seamonkey can sometimes do some weird things with scripts. If you are still having trouble, just open the file in notepad and insert the code that way. Save it and upload it. Check the live file and see if it's working.
On a side note, I thought the auto-play hack wasn't working ever since Youtube's last code update. I use EVP for most of my presentation videos so I have no idea what's up with Youtube at the moment, but is it possible that's the problem?
