Hi, just wanted to get some insight here. Not really sure what would be the best way to go about this, and Aweber is a bit above my head right now for what I'm trying to figure out.
OK, so... People sign up for my email list at different times, but meanwhile, I'm writing blogs to send to my list. My question is, what is the best approach for sending out blogs in real time, when some people will inevitably be getting emails from the funnel? Do I just send them anyway, even while the funnel is still in progress? Or is there a better, more systematic way to approach this?
Thanks so much! 🙂
Hi Ron,
What I do is create a segment of my list within Aweber, of all the people that have finished going through the funnel, and only email those people when I send something in real time. To do this you go to the list in question and click on subscribers. Then, from the options you have in the drop down you select "last message received" and type in the number of the last email in your follow up series. Then, when you schedule a real time broadcast, you tick the option to send to a segment and only send to those people. This way, only the people that have already finished going through your funnel will receive the broadcast and there will be no overlap.
Hope that helps.
