QuoteIs anyone else having problems sending out broadcast emails with Aweber since they decided to "improve" their system? I can't get beyond naming a subject for my emails. So far I have had to give up on sending out two very important emails to my list because Aweber has things so screwed up.I thought maybe it was because I am still using XP on my old windows pc, so I tried on my brand new Ipad 3.......even worse. Customer support has been no help. I am ready to jump ship. Can anyone recommend a reliable company than can be as good as Aweber used to be?

Hey Greg,
Sorry for the slow response. I was traveling and have been offline for a few days longer than usual. I am having no issues at all with Aweber or sending broadcasts. I'm sure it's a simple fix. What are you experiencing exactly? Have you tried calling them? I find their phone support to be top notch. Try calling them and if that doesn't work then let me know what you are experiencing. I wouldn't personally move if I were in your shoes. I have no doubt this can be solved.
