Hey Arif, Fiverr would really be the place I'd go for that. You often need to try a few people before you find one worth sticking with, but it's so cheap that I don't really feel that's an issue. Just search "lyrics videos" then sort by rating and read the reviews for guidance.

Arif, there's a piece of software for Mac called Superstring that's like $20 and it will do as good of a job as anyone you're going to get off of Fiverr. It's not awesome software, but it works pretty well and you can just put your album cover on as a graphic. You can get a decent video done in about 30 minutes or so. Just wanted to let you know because it might save you a few bucks or let you experiment some and it's not like doing it in Final Cut Pro, where you can get some awesome looking stuff, but it'll take a long time.
You can't do video backgrounds in Superstring, though, just to let you know. But you can greenscreen the videos you make in there and bring them over to Final Cut (which I've done) for superimposing the lyrics over them - here's an example I made with that...
