Something like that. I went through and have been looking all over the place I'm not finding it. I know I'm posting a lot of questions, Anyone who has encountered this issue... help is very greatly appreciated.
Things change so quick.
Kudos to the program though. I'm way further along than I could have ever gotten on my own.

Hi Alan,
Yeah, this actually looks like a very recent change. The good news is that they only changed the heading from "Status and Review" to "App Review".
Once there, you will be asked: "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?".
If you try clicking the little "no" slider, it should move over to yes, if you've completed set up. If you have not, Facebook will tell you what still needs to be completed.
