Hi John,

I've got a good 50 people on the list now and I just got a sale. He purchased on the 2nd email without the bundle.  Will he continue to get the autoresponder series where it will advertise the bundle and harass him to buy from email 3,4,5?

I set it up the way you described in the program but I can't remember if this was something that needed to be manually adjusted.

Hi David,

Steve here.

Assuming you've properly integrated Paypal with Aweber, then your customers should automatically get added to your customer list upon completing the order.  However, your general subscriber list should also have the automation rule to "unsubscribe when subscribed to 'customer list'".

Double check both the Paypal/Aweber integration app "Aweber >> My Apps >> Paypal".  Then check the automation rules for your general subscriber list.

Let us know how you make out.

Hey Steve,

Checked and customer is on customer list and not on general list.  So when they buy and they are removed from the general list it also stops the remainder of the automated emails?

Hey David,

Yes, that is the whole idea behind unsubscribing them from the general list once they subscribe to your main list. By unsubscribing them from the general list they no longer receive the follow up series in your general list. You should be all good 🙂
