Hey yall...
A lot of us have the "to download yada yada" copy at the end of our emails. Personally, I hate the clutter of it. So, I made a little Downloading Issues FAQ page: http://deanfields.com/wordpress2/faq
At the end of the email I just put: "Have questions about how to download this song/album? Go here: http://deanfields.com/wordpress2/faq" or something like that.
Thought yall might want to do something similar.

Thanks Dean,
I did something similar with how to unzip but your faq page is more detailed.
@Kat-
This is at the end of every email that has a download on it. For some folks downloading a zip file is tough...For others its the computer. But, it saves me having to reply to emails about their issues with the download.
