Just a quick post about something that came up in a different thread... Don’t obsess over unsubscribes.
You can’t email a ton of people without pissing off a few. So long as you’re adding a lot more subscribers than you’re losing, you’re good. As they say, you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
I send a LOT of email out and my combines lists are over 50,000 across multiple markets. I piss people off all the time and every day people unsubscribe. I even unsubscribe people myself, just because they take a tone and life is too short to deal with people that don't like what I'm doing. Don't change course just because you send out an email and you see some people unsubscribe. It's part of it.
What you really want to pay attention to are the positive stats. If the good numbers (sales and subscriptions) are where they should be, that's really all that matters.
Just wanted everyone to realize that you WILL have unsubscribes. It's not something to obsess over.
