John,
You often remark how you have lots of different lists for tracking different campaigns. When I create a new list, is there a simple way of copying a list? Otherwise, how do you get the responder series for the new list to be the exact one you are using for another list.
I created a list for mobile opt-ins, and basically had to copy and paste from my existing responder series in order to get them to match. I want to create lists for each city as recommended in the "tour smart" lesson, but I can't find a "copy list" option in Aweber. Am I just overlooking it?
Thanks,
Tim
Hey Tim,
Great question. It's a feature I have always wished Aweber would include. Sadly, they haven't yet. I personally do it the way you have done it. Just copying and pasting. It's a pain. They talk about why here: https://help.aweber.com/entrie.....-My-Lists-
However you can use their campaign sharing feature which will allow you to link multiple lists to the same email sequence. You can find a tutorial here: https://help.aweber.com/entrie.....-Messages-
You need to scroll down a bit on the page.

Ok, thanks. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing things the "hard" way uneccessarily.
Wow, the campaign sharing was exactly what I needed. Now I just have to make a city specific squeeze page and an opt-in form for that list.
Awesome, glad that helped.
